As far as I can see not one of the contenders has a clear plan with regard to Brexit.

Without a plan we can’t move on.

He thought long and hard and blustered with lots of half sentences etc, before he came up with his crate bus. It was clearly a creation of the moment. I expect he might just once have done something similar when one of his children was small - but I bet he never finished it.

Riverwalk Tue 25-Jun-19 21:56:42

Indeed Lemon, to eat with the red wine to free up the crates!

Seriously, I'm surprised at how bumbling and incoherent he is - suppose I haven't in the past paid much attention to what he's been saying, and now actually trying to concentrate on what he has to say.

lemongrove Tue 25-Jun-19 21:51:42

I would like to think he was taking the piss, but sadly think not.

lemongrove Tue 25-Jun-19 21:50:29

Riverwalk......the only things he makes are porky pies!

Whitewavemark2 Tue 25-Jun-19 21:45:08

Either way it’s bad isn’t it? This is the future Prime Minister of Great Britain and Northern Ireland we are talking about here.

How can anyone even for one nano-second think he is suitable to hold such a privileged position?

Riverwalk Tue 25-Jun-19 21:41:50

I don't for one minute believe Johnson makes and paints model buses out of wine crates!

It's excruciating to watch - he's obviously just saying the first thing that came into his head. Or was he taking the p*ss?

Red bus

lemongrove Tue 25-Jun-19 21:39:54

Brexit has not happened yet so can hardly have caused chaos in anyones life!
I think that ‘jura and others’ are actually worrying about things that may happen but equally may not happen and are torturing themselves about the future.

suziewoozie Tue 25-Jun-19 21:31:53

The LBC session with listeners phoning in and hosted by Nick Ferrari is getting quite a lot of attention as well.

M0nica Tue 25-Jun-19 21:28:38

I didn't hear the Kuensburg interview, but I have heard a couple of snatches of interviews on R4 and frankly they were almost unlistenable. With him evading giving a straight answer to a single question. Nothing but evasions and puffing and grunting like a broken-winded old cart horse.

I agree with every word you wrote, WWM2

Whitewavemark2 Tue 25-Jun-19 11:44:36

I’ve just watched the Johnson interview with Kuensburg.

He is utterly devoid of ideas, nor did he give any clear evidence as to how to achieve Brexit, nor seems to understand the position we are in.

He appears self congratulatory and vain, and totally empty headed.

However you voted, either remain or leave it is clear that no one can nor should rely on this lying charlatan

Whitewavemark2 Tue 25-Jun-19 10:53:58

Splitting hairs

crystaltipps Tue 25-Jun-19 10:37:41

Well we will have 3 prime ministers in just a few weeks north of 3 years . Nothing to boast about.

Callistemon Tue 25-Jun-19 10:07:43

We have had two Prime Ministers since 2016, as Shoequeen points out.
We do not have a third one yet, let alone had.

Whitewavemark2 Tue 25-Jun-19 09:58:33

+plus next one = 3

Shoequeen53 Tue 25-Jun-19 09:57:30

Someone can’t count: Cameron + May = two prime ministers.

crystaltipps Tue 25-Jun-19 09:25:14

Before anyone faints at my use of language above these were borrowed from one B Johnson.

crystaltipps Tue 25-Jun-19 09:13:09

We have had 3 Prime Ministers and 3 Brexit ministers since 2016, plus countless other different ministers, political chaos and wasted £66 billion on discarded and wasted plans, advertising campaigns , employing clueless staff for what? Just so we can “get our country back” and other meaningless slogans that those who believe in the great turd that is brexcrement can polish. Well I don’t want a divided and weakened and less tolerant country back thank you. Those who still think it’s a marvellous idea must understand the meaning of cognitive dissonance.

MaizieD Tue 25-Jun-19 08:31:33

^WWM2 if Remain had won the referendum then your
Cross would have affected me^

What a ridiculous statement.
Had Remain won, lemon, WWM2's cross would have made no practical difference to your life, or the lives of other Leave voters. Unlike the Leave vote which has caused chaos in many people's lives. And leaves us on the verge of enduring a lying charlatan as our PM.

Whitewavemark2 Tue 25-Jun-19 08:27:56

Anyone noticed how Bozo Johnson never ever directly answers a question? No one can possibly truly know what his policy/plans are.

It really is a serious issue

Whitewavemark2 Tue 25-Jun-19 08:24:00

The difference between taking my rights away by your vote and not taking any rights away is quite large.

I reiterate.

Brexit is a cult where blind faith prevails and reality is denied.

Dinahmo Mon 24-Jun-19 23:01:36

Lemongrove Do you really think that Jura and others who have posted similar comments fabricate the reasons for Remain? Do you think that we are stupid enough to believe everything that we read in the "left wing rags" ? There is plenty of evidence if you care to look, including information provided on this site with supporting documentation.

Urmstongran Mon 24-Jun-19 22:43:17

Perfectly qualified.
But it’ll be Boris.

MaizieD Mon 24-Jun-19 22:32:05

So,all in all, young Jeremy is perfectly qualified by birth and wealth to become PM of our great nation...

jura2 Mon 24-Jun-19 22:31:49

Sadly, you will ... soon.

Urmstongran Mon 24-Jun-19 22:25:28

Oh jura2
Project Fear no. 5 now (I think). I can’t keep up with the doom mongers.
