The Queen does indeed have powerful tools at her disposal, if she feels inclined to use them, but when it comes to her family she is extremely reticent. In fact Andrew Windsor resigned from his role as trade ambassador immediately after his association with Epstein on his release from prison. Windsor knew of Epstein’s guilt with regard to children- of course he did as he was also culpable.

The Queen could reduced AW’s allowance at a stroke, and insist that he stays out of the public eye, as a start.
