Corbyn isn’t going to stand down for some time because he
‘Needs to reflect’. !
MP’s want him to leave now .
Who for the new leader ?
Touched a nerve I think GG, Your posts would have so much more going for them if you could tone down your attitude.
Whose trying to show superiority Bridgeit. Are you the only one who is allowed to be themselves. No one else in case the playground is upset?
As for "you need telling" for heaven's sake grow up. Why on earth should I take any notice of you?
If Annie knows about the subject why is she just insulting people? And then having the cheek to tell others not to do it.
You need telling GracesGranMK3, in your attempt to show superiority at every opportunity you in fact just show your narrow minded arrogance ,not only about the topic in hand ,but also to fellow posters who in most cases have a much wider comprehension of the topics being discussed.
Oh Annie, how could you?
Just a few posts ago you said "Not when the far left here still laud him." which begs the question as to who on here are you describing as far left "on here" thus making an argumentum ad hominem which is, by its nature fallacious in any regard to topic in hand, and then who still "laud him" again argumentum ad hominem and therefore fallacious once again as well as showing us that you simply do not know when you are making these personal attacks.
So who needs telling to stop making arguments that are personal insults and make them about the substance of the argument. That is if you are able.
Did the Corbyn supporters here see Mary Creagh speaking on channel 4 news? Her anger was palpable.
Post not poster
Annie = Obsession= Corbyn= Meghan.......and on and on it goes.
Those poor conscripts in their teens in their best shoes from Argentina......now that was sad.
The families of the soldiers who were murdered in Hyde Park
asked for an apology from Corbyn last week
No apolgy to the dead children who you said didn't fight then?
Not when the far left here still laud him.
I have not got what I wanted, I wanted a labour government but not a Corbyn/Momentum government or a conservative government.
He will still lead your party when his puppet become leader.
You keep repeating your opinions of Jeremy Corbyn again and again Anniebach do you think you can possibly give it a rest now that you have got what you wanted and he will no longer be the leader of the Labour Party, or will you keep on the repetition forever.
Perhaps you should look more carefully Annie- Children aged 17 were sent to the Falklands War in 1982 (where three were killed) and the Gulf War in 1990–91 (where two were killed).[20] 17-year-olds were also deployed as NATO peacekeepers in the former Yugoslavia during the 1990s.[20] Having initially resisted international negotiations to prevent the deployment of children,[87] the UK agreed to deploy adults only when it signed the Optional Protocol on the Involvement of Children in Armed Conflict in 2000, but remained committed to recruiting and training children from age 16.[20] Between 2003 and 2010 22 personnel aged 17 were sent to Afghanistan and Iraq, reportedly in error.
Do you want to apologise to the children who died?
If you don't understand how the Peace Process works there's nothing to be said
What rubbish , men and women choose the armed forces as a career, those in the Falklands war were not children and not
unemployed.
And Corbyns support for the IRA had nothing to do with the peace process, he supported one side,
crossed post trisher...
I don't like Corbyn but, to be fair peace in Ireland was eventually only achieved by talking to the terrorists and it isn't anti sematic [imo] to be critical of the way Israel has treated the Palestinians [which was and still is appalling]. Johnson is now saying all sorts of nasty gung ho stuff about those poor people trying to get here on boats; a lady interviewed on tv just now said his talk of sending them all home is wrong and won't, in most cases, result in them being sent back. She also said it's not true that they get priority over homeless people in this country when it comes to being housed. Johnson is turning into Farage [imo] and cultivating the UKIP vote.
Yes out of those meetings came the N Ireland Peace Process and the Good Friday agreement. But some would prefer to have strife.
Stood up for young men who had little choice of career and were recruited as children.
Believes Palestinians should have the same human rights as everyone else and the UN resolutionsabou Israel should be implemented.
Yes Boris is a womaniser, has lied etc
Corbyn has supported the IRA and Hamas
Called the armed forces who fought in the Falklands ‘the unemployed.
Attended a wreath laying ceremony for terrorists who
murdered Olympians but doesn’t know if he was involved.
Believes in talking to all sides but refused an invite to the
Israeli Holocaust Museum which honours both Jews and Gentiles.
Invited IRA members to Wesminster Just weeks after the
Brighton bombing, no thought for those who were grieving,
A man to be proud of. !
jennifereccles The main reason the Liberals failed to make progress, apart from some daft policies and a leader who failed to make much impression, was that the main battle was between two extremist parties, eached lead by a man with an appalling reputation for probity and who were each loathed by a large proportion of the electorate to an extent we have not met for a long time in British politics.
This meant that where the main fight in a constituency was between Labour and Conservative, most voters had one party and leader they would do anything to keep out, so they were not going to risk voting for any third party.
Move from those constituencies, to ones like mine and several other similar ones I know, where the Labour candidate, didn't stand a hope in hell of winning , here the Lib Dem vote increased by nearly 20% at the expense of the Conservatives.
Please stop the Daily Mail knocking inkcog. It’s unoriginal and very tiresome.
I asked a legitimate question about the election.
As could "Brexit", from day one trisher. But the politicians have read the runes and decided they know exactly what it meant to each and every individual who did or didn't vote for it.
ps following your post
"I think the Beauty of "Get Brexit Done" Is the it can mean anything"
Jennifer, thanks for your input , we get it. Back to your copy of DM now.
That's the trouble, Trisher.
We're the first to try to do it, going in blindfolded.
I bet all of the other ?27 EU countries are following the saga to learn from our mistakes (or not).
Some of them have considered leaving
This is what puzzles me.
We were constantly told that a second referendum would produce a remain majority weren’t we?
Why then did the Lib Dems do so badly in the election when they were promising to deliver on what the majority supposedly wanted ?
I am convinced that Brexit was by no means the main reason for the Tory’s success.
Corbyn’s idiotic promises fooled very few thankfully.
