I dare say they won’t want him, what country would!
It’s normal to serve your punishment in the country you commit the crime ( after that, he will be deported as a foreign national.)

So, this evil, disgusting individual has been found guilty of countless rapes of young men. He is sentenced to over 30 years and the British Tax payers have to keep him! How is that right? He will be fed, clothed, have a warm place to live and enjoy tv, games, entertainment etc etc and the poor victims are now scarred for life! Apparently, he has brought shame on his home country; send him back I say and let them deal with him!
