SirChenjin It isn't her entire family. There are cousins who have spoken out in support and also don't keep in touch with her father and step father. She hasn't fallen out with her mother. Only her father and part of her step family who have all made money out of being nasty to her. Her step sister has another step family who will have nothing to do with her. You can't seriously be blaming her for her family.

It’s very unusual for an entire family to turn against one person within it - especially when the one person doesn’t appear to have many people from her past prepared to speak positively about her. Perhaps there’s a single factor in all of this.

Do you curlywhirly? Meghan’s father seems a toxic money grubbing horror to me. As for her sister.... I don’t blame her for distancing herself (& any children) from that.

But, attempting to stand on a moral high ground about how nasty some posters are while being equally nasty about public figures is basically the gist of it.

You are welcome to have your views about a public couple, of course, but get off your high horse that you aren’t also being unkind in general. Just because they aren’t reading these posts doesn’t make it so you aren’t being unkind.

Nezumi65 - well, as I have already stated, my criticism of Meghan is regarding her treatment of her family. We may all have members of our family that we don't get along with, that embarrass us, that we don't particularly like, but I wouldn't dream of cutting them out of my life (unless of course they were cruel or making me ill). I just think that Meghan should at least have gone to see her father.

At least we are providing interest for Sooziewoozie and diverting her from other threads

Nezumi65 - have just read the link - however, as I have just said in my previous post, and contrary to the link, not ALL of the criticism IS about race, (some yes, but certainly not all) I for one didn't give her race (or her parents' race) a second thought.
