Just don't touch your face!

It's much easier said than done!
I tried not to touch my face last time I went out.
I nearly managed, but then had to adjust my glasses.
We were only at the swimming pool for an hour and a half, you'd have thought I could manage not to touch my face during that time.?

People wearing masks are always fiddling with them if you notice. Best not to wear one.

Bet it's hot though.

I bet all those experts were thinking "must not touch face. Must not touch face.." while they were giving their talks.

Wearing a mask DOES stop you from face touching. Trouble is, the mask is SO hot I can't bear it for long.

This is where a burkha would come in handy.?

We need those balaclavas with just the eyes and mouth cut out.

But my thought is that if you are a natural “face toucher” what difference would gloves make ?

Me too, rub my nose, and when concentrating I rub my chin,

I wish I could wear gloves , make things easier.

I'm finding it hard as well. You do it without thinking.

This is the thing I'm finding most difficult now. I am trying to remember not to, but it's just such a natural thing to do, it's going to take a lot to break the habit

I wear plastic gloves when out now, certainly shopping. They remind me not to touch my face. They seem to make you really conscious of your hands and what they’re doing.
