Boris "pledges" to take 3 MILLION from Hong Kong

Not that I believe anything Bojo "pledges" but surely all those who voted for Brexit will be up in arms at 3 million people being given the right to move to England..I say England because we didn't vote for Brexit and we want immigrants

Would it be similar to the situation in Uganda in the early seventies? I remember a few moved to Bangor in north Wales and their children in university there.
