A Dr. Priyamvada Gopal a lecturer at Cambridge University posted the above tweet and has been promoted to Professor.

If someone had posted a tweet stating Black Lives Don't Matter they would be facing an investigation for a hate crime.

I support the BLM campaign but this type of post does nothing to promote it and in fact gives ammunition to those opposing.

She.

The context is that white lives don't matter because they're white but because they're lives. The colour of skin is irrelevant. It's an argument she's made before.

She has form for this sort of thing. I think she's the one who bullied Mary Beard and gave cheek to a university porter. Very opinionated and aggressive!

She added: “You cannot oppose Black Lives Matter with ‘white lives matter’ because they are not comparable. Whiteness is already valued but blackness is not.

As we all know every life matters including the tiniest insect or were the youngsters and their climate rallies speaking up for alien lives?
