It's economical for the treasury, too. If the voucher isn't spent they don't have to pay out any money grin

Sounds like quite a good idea. Better than giving the money straight to the industries that are in danger. It would have to be vouchers though, not cash, because wealthy people would just save the money, which would not help the economy.
