“Labour said the prime minister was “threatening to renege on the UK’s legal obligations” and called it “an act of immense bad faith: one that would be viewed dimly by future trading partners and allies around the world”.
From day one, way back in 2016 the Brexiteers were negotiating in “Bad Faith” it seems that has not changed and they are clutching at straws trying to avoid the humiliation of total failure of the Brexit project.Business is no different to Politics if the other side is negotiating in bad faith you walk away. It’s a matter of trust, I like to sleep at night so only get involved with those I trust, the EU is no different.
A Total No Deal will be very damaging, the EU is asking for equivalent standards for anything that gets exported to them. They don’t want us importing sub standard materials and re exporting to the EU, all of that is incorporated in the Withdrawl Agreement.
