There doesn't seem to be anything on here to suggest his flight is to escape the ravages of Brexit.

And I still haven't found out why Tommy Robinson is seeking asylum.
biba70, please could you confirm where you got this from as there's nothing in the media at all to support this? I want to know if he'll be claiming refugee status in Spain!

I can't decide should I celebrate because he's gone? Or commiserate with my Spanish brothers and sisters because they have to put up wih him now?

I am a supporter of Tommy but, yes, I do agree, it's quite ironic. Not sure of the truth about his wife's house being set on fire but I see no criticism of that crime on here, if it is true!

I seem to remember him asking Donald Trump for political asylum last year, which was presumably refused. I haven’t seen him asking Spain for asylum, so maybe he’s just moving there ‘for his own safety’.Who knows?

Apparently he's eligible for an Irish passport. If he has one, he's still an EU citizen, so would have the right to live in Spain. Oh the irony!

I don't know what to make of this thread! The title refers to the wrong man and when I've searched for Tommy Robinson, I can only find that he's gone abroad and is seeking to relocate because he believes his family are no longer safe in the UK.

I can't find anything about him going anywhere as an asylum seeker? Am I looking in the wrong places? --good riddance to him wherever he's going--

I can't do a link, but he's issued a video of claims that he's not safe. He's a professional victim. There's no evidence of the attack he claims. If he's punched a few times, he deserves it and has incited enough violence in his time.

I couldn’t care less one way or another.
