I watched some of it on Facebook and again on Channel 4 News tonight. The incoherence was frightening in a man who has such enormous power. If we had an acquaintance showing the same symptoms, we would be assuming that he was in the throes of dementia and needed care.

I heard him say he had done more for black people than anyone since Abraham Lincoln ????
