Boris’ meltdown at PMQs

If it hadn’t be for Cameron and this stupid referendum we probably would not have been faced with the dreadful choice of Johnson or Gove.(or even Corbyn)
One wonders if Johnson were replaced with a Dalek some would still support it as long as it got Brexit done.

The subject is Boris and his outburst. The man is clearly out of his depth - not what you need in the middle of a global pandemic.

I voted for Boris - to get Brexit done. (Anyway t’other choice was Corbyn - nuff said!). I’m happy with how strong David Frost and the negotiating team are. Barnier is rattled that we won’t extend the transition period. After 1 January 2021 it won’t matter to me whether Boris stays or goes.

Actually I think he’ll stay. But Gove would be good moving forward. He’s smart and on top of his brief.

This is all so very worrying, not because of Boris' idiocy - we all know about that - but because if he gets the boot we might get Gove, which is not to be countenanced. What a sorry state our government is in.

I would like to think that Boris is crumbling because he knows he has left the potential for 50,000 unnecessary deaths to accumulate over coronavirus incompetene (see Independent SAGE, David King) but I believe it is because he is simply not up to the job - too lazy, too deceitful, too morally empty.

He is not going to change; only get worse as the stress accumulates. Even my GC can see he is an idiot and comment accordingly when they catch a bit of him on TV. What sort of message is this to them?

Johnson continues with his extraordinarily poor performance at PMQs and compounded it by lying.

The 1922 committee were so alarmed at his performance that he was called to give an explanation last evening.
Johnson is on notice and rightly so.
