Doodledog Sex is not excluded. It is already protected by the Equality Act 2010 ^"This protection applies to those who have the protected characteristic, those perceived to have it and those who are associated with it. One of these protected characteristics is sex, which applies “to a man or to a woman”."^
Sex is protected in the Equality Act but not in the Hate Bill. They are two different things.
Someone can say they hate a person because she is a woman and the law will do nothing. Someone else can say they hate a person because they are a transwoman or they are a man wearing a dress and they can be prosecuted.
The excuse that there’s separate consideration being to a law on misogyny is a a very thin one. It’ll be kicked into the long grass no doubt.
