Quite frankly couldn't give a Scooby doo is it really that important
Yes it is important. First we were told we had 5 days to see family and friends then, at the last minute, it was changed to one day, this meant we couldn't see DS and family on Boxing day, it was Easter before we saw them (long journey). I spent a fortune posting the presents to DGDs. In the meantime the lazy, lying, cheating clown running the Country was ignoring his own rules. He really does believe rules are just for the little people.
... it's the "nobody cares!" cynical put down - very prevalent on Facebook at the moment.
It's a way of minimising and invalidating your concern over an issue and trying to make you look petty.
Of course, some people really don't care, but rather arrogant to think they represent everyone else's opinion.
