Boris and Carrie have just announced the birth of a daughter. No further news yet.

Moggycuddler Fri 10-Dec-21 11:13:55

The baby is an innocent child and I wish her well. But Boris, he's a sack of you know what and I detest him. As for Carrie, there must be something lacking in her to have teamed up with such a lying ratbag.

Whilst we may not celebrating Boris and his questionable behaviour and gathering skills, the birth of a new baby should always be cause for congratulations. The baby is the innocent in all of this and receive the love and excitement which all new babies deserve.

...and within minutes the nasty conspiracy theorists were saying the baby had been induced so the birth could could be used as a distraction from everything else that's going! How horrible some people are.

I keep seeing this thread title and the pedant in me keeps thinking that we'd all be a bit startled if she'd given birth to a Big baby... hmm

I think we were all startled when we heard a patient at another hospital had a 14lb baby. Nearly twice as big as my little girl!

What nasty bitchy comments on this thread about the birth of a new baby.

I quite agree Sparkle
Whatever might be going on in his professional life he and his family at least deserve our Congratulations on the safe arrival of their child.

Lesley60 Fri 10-Dec-21 12:06:04

But apart from their family does anyone care, the clown is just a baby making machine, I hope they all grow up to have better morals than him

Tinydancer Fri 10-Dec-21 12:10:57

Where is the solidarity from Carrie with other women? Or the entire population of the UK for that matter?
Don't give me solidarity, hilarious and pathetic argument.

Buttercup1954 Fri 10-Dec-21 12:11:29

Wonderful news. Always great to hear about a new life. Hope they are all very happy and enjoy their new child.

NanaPlenty Fri 10-Dec-21 12:11:49

Every new baby deserves good wishes. Who knows what’s going to happen next - confusion seems to be the only word to fit this moment in time.

annifrance Fri 10-Dec-21 12:24:06

Glad for the safe arrival of the poor little girl. Her parents are no role models.

vegansrock Fri 10-Dec-21 12:25:53

Absolutely ?% agree

Was it induced?

Happy coincidence.

A big spoonful of caster oil and a bumpy car ride! No congrats from me either.

Yellowmellow Fri 10-Dec-21 12:40:11

The baby can't help who her father is and her mother will probably learn the hard way. As other.posts have said 'every baby is a joy'

ALANaV Fri 10-Dec-21 12:53:36

More progeny ...no stopping him ....my advice to him would be, as in all mouth and trousers...keep them BOTH zipped .........

grandtanteJE65 Fri 10-Dec-21 12:59:17

Poor child with a father like that. And I don't mean that as a snide comment, but I do feel she will be told all her life that her father was , let's just say, not Britian's most trustworthy Prime Minister ever.

She will presumably either grow up to hate the world for the unkind things said about her father, or grow to be ashamed of him. Any child who feels ashamed of their parent or parents is to be pitied.

Betterlatethannever Fri 10-Dec-21 13:13:44

And?

123kitty Fri 10-Dec-21 13:14:11

Amongst the congratulations, some spiteful gransnet posts
