It's Shaun Bailey's party. He who ran for tory London Mayor last year. The guy in the grey jacket is apparently his billionaire backer. I believe that at least one of Johnson's staff has been identified.

So who took the picture? A colleague, a friend, who was happy to join in it, if there was an it, what a lovely person, certainly a sneak and using his connections to bring people down. Certainly had 12 months to decide to use it, did they choose their timing wisely? Who would trust him or her? I and no one I know, are bothered. Are they all still alive those in the picture? I do not recognise one of them.

Not proof it didn't happen, though. Bailey resigned just hours after it had been published.

Now who could have been photoshopped out, I wonder?
I've seen plenty of versions with a Very Important Person photoshopped in grin
