To be fair I think many do start out with the intention to 'do good'. But for some reason (money?) politics seems to attract a very entitled group who really think they are superior beings. They are the ones who manage to climb the greasy political pole.

We have had a bad run of spectacularly useless people in charge of all the main parties. I hope the Queen keeps going and that someone is taking good care of the ravens.

Agree. Our govt should be serving the country not looking out for themselves.

Does anyone else follow Seerut K. Chawla on Twitter?
I like one of her comments today that says World leaders need to be reminded they are the servants of the people. Not our rulers.
