Reading all Boris Johnson's fatuous excuses I am beginning to wonder whether the wartime Ministry of Misinformation may not just have hibernated after moving in bag and baggage to no. 10 Downing street.
Is there a secret Memorandum somewhere stating that any Prime Minister may at any time avail him or herself of the services of the hibernating Ministry?
