Yes, I too think he was disrespectful by being so scruffy. There are plenty of overweight men in the HoC and the majority manage to wear a suit that fits them, and polish their shoes. The party was also the same evening as the Memorial service for the Duke of Edinburgh, and we all know how they partied the night before the funeral. This is probably irrelevant, but didn't Johnson look awful yesterday; badly fitting suit, creased shirt, tie hanging out the bottom of his jacket.

He looked as dishevelled as usual. Even Trump, for all of his faults, managed to wear well fitting suits and looked smart. I think Johnson falls into the trap of being a fat person wearing tight clothes when you should wear clothes slightly larger. I though it was disrespectful the way that he looked (and always looks).

And today the PM accused the Labour Party of not caring about literacy in this country. This from a government that has consistently cut school budgets. As for last nights party. That is a 5 star hotel….I dread to think how much it cost. And what a time to have a party.

Any bulge of Johnson's would be offensive!

But seriously, you cannot expect this entitled, narcissistic, amoral waste of oxygen to say anything worthy of believing, nor should you expect him to think or talk sensibly, nor to fact check before he opens his mouth and puts his foot in it.

(If it hadn't been for his untrue statement as Foreign Secretary, that Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe was teaching journalists rather than simply taking her daughter on a visit to her parents, then Nazanin's imprisonment would never have occurred.)

Basically Johnson is a dangerous fool. A devious, tricky, expensively educated one, but a fool nonetheless.

My god the title nearly turned my stomach but then I realised it was a typo and I laughed out loud. On a serious note what a disgraceful man what a dreadful thing to say. “People” think he is an orator but to me he has verbal diarrhoea! A public speaker he is not. Buffoon!
