I am appalled that the Met delayed the issuing of fines because of the recent local elections. This is unacceptable, surely.

What I find so shocking is the level of lawbreaking at the very heart of government.

There are 12 investigations into different events, this one is investigation 2 so there will be more where Boris is not fined because he wasn’t at those particular events. I’m not reading anything into this at all.
