I think that may even be a rule. Any time I see a famous person I think "s/he's tiny"

But there are some great British women singers- Edie Reader, Cerys Mathews and Annie Lennox.

Think Julie Andrew’s had nodules or similar in her throat, and certainly cannot sing like she used to.

Shes coming over to the UK to play the legend slot at Glastonbury in June so she will be having a good summer ...I'm looking forward to seeing her

My choice would have been Tom Jones....My 85 year old mum would never know a Diana Ross song but could sing along to all of Tom Jones tunes...Love his personality as well..

Diana Ross must be getting on a bit. Hope she can still sing, and not gone the same way as Elton, Paul M, Elaine Paige, et al, who can’t anymore.

There must be a wide range of singers, entertainers, across the Commonwealth too.
