The Tories, and their supporting media, are pointing out that measures announced on Thursday represent the biggest increase in pensions (including the reinstated triple lock), and benefits, for 32 years, apparently.
Poorest households will be £1000 better off, the richer households will be £2000 worse off.
I bet it's all whipped back again next year though.
