Prince William selling the Big Issue

I wonder if he was expecting to get recognised, most people don't exactly study Big Issue sellers.

He's already had 4million public money doing up last House now it is empty.

To recap, William and Kate now have four large homes: Ten bedroom Anmer Hall on the Sandringham Estate, a large house on the Balmoral estate, a huge ‘apartment’ in Kensington Palace and now this house in Windsor. Two are state owned, two are state subsidised.
