No, I don’t agree with strikes, full stop. All it does is cause disruption and discontent in what is already a tough time. Knuckle down and get on with their jobs, get through this and be rewards come later. The country cannot afford wage increases for everyone, one strike leads to another, they have a domino effect and are not constructive.
