Thought for a moment that meant he had been in to S&M too but it simply means he has been ejected from the Conservative Party for the time being.
Now, with Boris’s blow job in the office with a woman with no security clearance to be there who he was actively trying to get into a highly paid job…..(taking a breath here)…. can we hope he will be kicked out too?
Cummings, probably.

Maybe he's already written the script and they're all just actors. It couldn't get much sleazier. It's an object lesson in amorality.
Well, it's a dream anyway!
Wouldn't it be wonderful if somebody could just sprinkle a bit of fairy dust and we could wake up from this nightmare?!
If only the Queen were Henry II!
I don’t disagree with your assessment of Cummings Miss A. He was chosen by Johnson, who defended the indefensible where Cummings was concerned. He even allowed Cummings his very own press conference, which he rudely/arrogantly arrived late for. Cummings the sat there and lied. Still Johnson protected and supported him.
I despise Johnson, he’s totally without principles or ethics
You would think that Bojo would have learned from Cummings that the people he defends and excuses have no loyalty to him.
No honour amongst thieves.

We need a Bobby Ewing (Dallas) realisation that the last years have all been nothing but a bad dream.
Never mind going to hell in a handcart! We’re here on all fronts!
One of the alleged victims, a young Tory activist, is expected to make a report to the police today.
If the police do decide to investigate this, there will be huge pressure on Pincher to resign as an MP.
Many constituents want rid of him:

Meantime Patrick Grady has resigned from the SNP for bringing the party into disrepute...he Stroked a guys hair and touched his back ...in a pub when drunk.
The "victim" didn't complain because he stopped when asked. The complaint was made by a bystander ,the police dropped the investigation yesterday .
Shades of Cummings and Catherine Calderwood here , his Barnard Castle trip when he HAD covid ,her visit to her second home to check it out ......She resigned .
Another about turn from number 10. The PM did know about the Pincher allegations all along. The government now has a well established wheeze of lying until the truth can't be denied and then, without a blush, doing a u turn. No apology is ever forthcoming because it is assumed that the public won't care a jot and by and large this is correct.
It follows the usual pattern of denials which turn out to be lies, but only after some hapless Tory minister has had to recite the denials by saying "I have been assured by No 10 that - blah blah blah" on Radio 4 Today programme in the morning then a few hours later we learn the truth.
Johnson has been found to be still lying about what he knew about Pincher.
Johnson said he'd only heard "innuendo and non specific" allegations.
A senior civil servant has produced a letter that he sent to Johnson, advising him of an enquiry into Pincher. He then spoke to Johnson, making him fully aware of all the issues.
"On Monday, Downing Street said Mr Johnson was not aware of any specific allegations against Mr Pincher when he appointed him deputy chief whip.
However, later that day, the BBC found that the prime minister had been aware of a formal complaint about the MP.
And now, in a strongly-worded letter to the parliamentary standards commissioner, Sir Simon has disputed No 10's version of events.
Sir Simon, who was the Foreign Office's most senior civil servant from 2015 to 2020, said that in the summer of 2019, a group of officials had "complained to me about Mr Pincher's behaviour".
He said an investigation upheld the complaint adding that: "Mr Pincher apologised and promised not to repeat the inappropriate behaviour."
"Mr Johnson was briefed in person about the initiation and outcome of the investigation," he added."

Dominic Raab has been on morning TV denying that 'upheld the complaint' means Pincher was guilty. He says 'guilty is a loaded word'.
What squirming, lying toads these people are.
How bad is the truth that these people have to consistently and pathetically lie to conceal it?
The Tory government just seem to find it impossible to ever just tell the truth.
Even if they don't really need to lie, or if they know they will be found out.
All this lying just makes it worse. ?

Yes that’s all over radio tv and newspapers varian and is no surprise sadly. I’ve heard several allegations that Johnson was warned against this appointment but that Pinchers loyalty led Johnson to disregard advice men with a reasonable understanding of what constitutes a drink problem, serial allegations of groping men who didn’t want the advances etc, would have taken. Well, most PMs wouldn’t/shouldn’t have needed such advice, they’d have relied on their own jydgement
Pinchers loyalty led Johnson to disregard advice
Presumably because Pincher knows where even more bodies are buried.
Although nothing seems to make any difference however many scandals are revealed.

Apparently Raab hadn’t been briefed before his appearance this morning that the PM categorically did know. If I was him I’d be fuming, it smacks of complete incompetence not to at least let him know before he made a pillock of himself.
Well!
Just listen to this.
A long serving civil servant calls James O'Brien and asks, begs, his colleagues and Simon Case, the Cabinet Secretary (the top civil service post) to walk out and stop supporting the government in its lies to the public.
No doubt, despite his assertion that he will not be recognised, he will soon be an ex civil servant. But this is unprecedented and he should be listened to.

Urgent question on standards in public life being debated now .
Interesting to see that conservative m.p.'s are asking for clarity, for truthfulness and asking ministers to look carefully at what they are being asked to say in their morning rounds.
Thank you for posting that link MaizieD, I listened to the whole thing. I don't know how to articulate just how I feel.

I don't either.
In the twitter comments someone posted that civil servants had to be impartial. I can understand the concept of impartiality when it comes to civil servants having to implement policies that they might not be politically in agreement with, but does it encompass covering up for government lies?
The man on the phone to O'Brien sounded utterly desperate.
As the man said, lying is an indication of a dangerous state which is failing and corrupt. Have the government been infected with some sort of virus that removes morals, induces lying and backs the idea that far right ideas are acceptable? If they have, they should take a long hard look at the Republicans in the US and decide whether they want to become as obnoxious as them. (They seem to be heading that way). There needs to be an intervention to halt this cultish behaviour.
Lie, deny, admit a bit, then when confronted with evidence admit you did know but claim you forgot!
How much longer can the spineless Cabinet members continue to support this morally reprehensible prime minister and trot out untruths on a daily basis - what is the matter with them?

Johnson is on TV now bumbling an apology and squirming I the interview and Sajid Javid has resigned
He thinks he can lie and apologise with impunity if caught out.

I have spoken to the Prime Minister to tender my resignation as Secretary of State for Health & Social Care.
It has been an enormous privilege to serve in this role, but I regret that I can no longer continue in good conscience.
