Seems they've underestimated the energy bill

I hope civil servants (those people Tories want to cut) are working on a scheme to help us all with the energy bills and the poorest especially but I fear Liz Truss will toss it in the bin in favour of tax cuts which won't help the poor. The country is going to hell in a handcart and the Tories have been pushing it with their negligent approach to government. It's about to get worse.

As my income is so low I don't pay tax, tax cuts won't help me. I'm on an occupational pension and won't get my state pension for two years. I'm entitled to nothing to help me survive this winter.
