Starmer's caught between a rock and a hard place. If he speaks out he's wrong - mustn't interfere. If he keeps silent he's wrong - why isn't he taking the govt to task?

Calendargirl

How long would Keir Starmer freeze his price cap for?

How long do you think the Conservatives would do anything if they weren't actually in government? What a foolish question.

I believe he said it would be for six months.

Mike Lynch laying it on the line. You could not get better

Really giving MSM a thrashing.
Well labour in lead as Tories fail its no wonder now.
The media is so biased to the right.

Why does Starmer support Israel?? Who are his backers? He has done and said not said so many things with acts of betrayal to the left. Is labour bankrupt now?

Two weeks ago 29% of all voters said Truss would be best PM, against 28% who chose Starmer. Today Truss has dropped to 23%, while Stramer, who announced his price cap policy only last Monday, has increased his score to 31%. When the choice was between Starmer and Sunak, 29% backed Starmer and 23% Sunak. [source: Observer]
