Do we have a Hung Parliament now?

I thoroughly agree with your first para GG. Not sure that those types would be too worried about keeping their seats, other than for altruistic reasons - they could earn far more outside parliament.

Have only skimmed your link, as a Conservative it brings joy to my heart that there are still some blue MPs with a moral backbone.

Then again they could be thinking of hanging on to their constituency?

Hung Parliaments are usually associated with governments with very small majorities which are vulnerable to rebellion by their own MPs.

Legal blogger David Allen Green suggests that, despite the government's big majority we have, in effect, a hung Parliament because there is so much division within the Parliamentary tory party.

Have a read and see what you think.

(I find the idea rather cheering if it would stymie Truss & co..)
