No, but carry on thinking that's if your preconception.

Par for the course.

Chestnut Thu 05-Jan-23 15:58:00

Oh dear, you really have fallen far down that H&M rabbit hole, haven't you. 🤔

Yes waiting for more opportunities to discuss H&M which you previously said was unhealthy. So it turns out you love it just as much as everyone else. You have fallen down the H&M rabbit hole. Enjoy!

No no no. Misunderstanding (again)

I do take interest in the fact that a bunch of posters on social media are obsessed with a posh couple they don't know and demonise them for not doing what they want them to do. I am interested in the apparently subconscious desire to place them in the wrong and the sainted Royals in the right.

It does make me aware that people don't always base their opinions on reality, but on their preconceptions. That makes we worry about what else people believe with no proof.

No doubt a psychologist could have a field day with me.

Shouldn't the title of this thread be "Harry says William hit him"? (Goodness that sounds like a small child!)

I started the thread quite quickly and early this morning, my error.
If I’d thought more carefully I would have used the word ‘claimed’

Not an error Fanny. I imagine that is what many of the headlines say. I was just trying to be neutral - as I wish the press would be.

25Avalon Thu 05-Jan-23 15:44:41

Have you ever noticed if you are actively involved in something how the media don’t report things quite as they really happened? If that happens with things you know the truth of what about other things you are not personally involved with?

FannyCornforth Thu 05-Jan-23 15:44:15

Ah, the One Who Got Away…

Harold’s necklace is said (DM) to be from his ex-girlfriend Chelsy Davy, so maybe Meghan was pleased to see the back of it

Good grief! We have 210 posts in 9 hours, must be a record. Such interest in H&M. And people posting like crazy who have previously stated how they despise and look down on those who are so invested in H&M and how unhealthy it is to show such an interest in people you don't know. Isn't that right, volver?

Hi Chestnut. How's your day going?

I've learnt something today.

That people just like to gossip and mudsling about M&H, doesn't matter if its true or if its nasty, just have a gossip. If there's something that reflects badly on them, doesn't matter if its true or not, just get it out there.

Mentioning other threads, so apologies in advance..

In the past few hours there have been suggestions that he is on drugs, much excitement about Mandela's grandaughter's view until it was shown she didn't criticise them at all, and a very worrying failure to discern fact from fiction and appreciate how the social media works.

But you know, its gossip. Carry on, fill your boots. I'll be here....waiting....😱

^Wonder if Kate held Will’s coat and yelled ‘Leave him Babe he ain’t worth it’!^

Love it oreo !!

😂😂😂😂😂

GladEye Thu 05-Jan-23 15:29:28

It must be utterly exhausting having to live and work with such a narcissistic, passive aggressive and manipulative manchild. If I'd been Wills, I might have bopped him one too. Pity it didn't knock some sense into him.

I really wish I was a cartoonist. I have thought of such brilliant cartoons but just can't draw them! This would be pure gold. Can't you just see it?

Oh go on Chestnut have a go at a cartoon😂
Don’t forget to draw a few corgis licking the dog food from Harry’s head.

Oh don't, it makes me absolutely long for the ability to draw cartoons. I have had so many wonderful ideas. I can even see them in my mind, but my brain cannot pass the images to my right hand. I wonder if there is such a thing as a cartoonist's class.

FannyCornforth Thu 05-Jan-23 15:26:20

Perhaps you could have him slipping in some dog sh*t hmm

Jaberwok Thu 05-Jan-23 15:20:19

Well, quite. With H & M, who knows?

DaisyAnne Thu 05-Jan-23 15:15:16

Perhaps it never happened Jaberwok or it happened just as Harry said. We will never know.

Jaberwok Thu 05-Jan-23 15:10:22

The late Queen is allegedly commented that she would 'never forgive Meghan for what she has done to Harry'. Poor Queen, how sad it must have been for her when Harry and Meghan didn't have time to visit her because they were too busy.
Going back to bruises, surely if William had punched Harry in the eye, wouldn't we all have been told about this as well as the dog bowl and necklace? Perhaps Harry lunged at William and William pushed him away causing him to trip over the dog bowl, and the necklace getting tangled up and broken in the process? Unless you hear the other side of this tale it's impossible to know exactly what happened or who provoked what.

TerriBull Thu 05-Jan-23 14:51:46

Allegedly during the spat between Kate and Meghan, Kate apropos having recently given birth to Louis and who could well have been hormonal, Meghan remarked "probably baby brain". Imagine the furore whilst during an interview with Oprah if, Kate had said that to Meghan, no doubt much spluttering and faux indignation from Oprah with a "she said WHAT?" How many women, having just given birth would appreciate that judgemental remark from a woman who had, at the time, yet to experience all that herself, and as such, could not have any insight into how it affects many women in different ways, particularly in the aftermath.

Allsorts Thu 05-Jan-23 14:47:30

Veganrock,,people are commenting because it’s on every news channel and newspaper and H and M are making as much out if as possible. I think the Royal Family should publicly announce there will be no contact with the pair and take their titles away. No family could recover from this. Who knows what the loose cannon will say next, he’s getting more desperate to keep his face out there.

Giles Coren ‘stated’ what Forsythia?

Ah, I see. Coren said that he started the rumour
