I think the answer is that the person responsible for abuse does not damage the image of all transpeople, VS; but that as long as abusers use the fact that self-id allows male-bodied people into women's spaces people will resist it. People who care about women, at any rate.
Honestly, that has been explained so many times that I don't know why you keep asking. I thought you said you understood, and that we agreed, but maybe I'm getting confused with something else that is often repeated.

Some sexual abusers are grandfather's, does that affect the image of grandfather's in general?
