Apparently the police have seized a brand new £100,000 camper van which has been parked outside Mr Murrell's mother's home for some while.

What is going on?

It gets worse!! The motor home that sat in Nicola Sturgeon’s mother-in-law’s drive for 18 months apparently belongs to SNP and not Nicola Sturgeon. Yousaf was only made aware that it was actually the SNP who owned the motor home after it was seized.

this is still an active criminal investigation, i believe.
so best be circumspect.

I’ve just read all about it online. I didn’t realise what this was all about. I just thought they’d bought a caravan since their resignations for a holiday. Ah well it will give some of you a laugh. My mistake.

Over the weekend it emerged that as well as the police raiding the Glasgow home of Mr Murrell and Nicola Sturgeon, they had seized a £110,000 motorhome amid a probe into missing party finances stemming from Peter Murrell’s time as the party’s Chief Executive.

Officers confiscated the top-of-the-range vehicle from outside 92-year-old Margaret Murrell’s home last Wednesday, 50 miles from Ms Sturgeon’s house.

Today the Daily Record reports an SNP source claiming the motorhome was bought during the Covid pandemic for use in the Spring 2021 Holyrood election campaign, in order to aid politicians around the campaign trail.

However a local told the paper that the vehicle “had not been moved since it was delivered in January 2021”. From The Daily Express

I thought police seized proceeds of crime. Seems that's £110,000 of the missing £600,000 accounted for, but where's the rest?

This is still an open investigation.
