I'm whooping it up with French friends here in Brittzny. No one even mentions Brexit, very little mention of covid either. Things move on, we enjoy living.

Fleurpepper do you really only know one tune?
Do you think you could possibly have any more to say on that subject that anybody wants to hear?
And has it ever occurred to you that every time you trot out the same old, same old, you lose more support?
As Brenda from Bristol might say
“Not ANOTHER one?”

Good grief 😱 it’s that all you’re thinking about on this glorious day. The beaches are full ( where I live) children absolutely loving it and all you can think about is Brexit, poor you.

Hear, hear

It is a bit like Health and Safety, as far as I am concerned.

When that got tightened a lot people complained. They still do to a certain extent.
But it cant very well be measured what would/might have happened if Health and Safety did not get tightened.

Same with if Brexit did not happen. As far as I am concerned, more of EU would have been awful[their further power and rules and say so].

And my number one concern and still is, is peace.
We have peace[to a greater or lesser extent.]. If we had stayed, I dont know that things would have remained peaceful.
Peace is not to be underestimated in any circumstance.

I am thankful for Health and Safety. And Brexit.

Am I likely to discuess it further on here? No I am not. I gave up talking about Brexit in about 2019.

Oh I can assure you we are sick to the back teeth of the disaster that Brexit is. The evidence is all there for all to see, no need for me to repeat it. And it has been there right from the start too.

Fleurpepper, I'm bored to the back teeth with all these Brexit posts. Try giving evidence - a clear concise (and brief, FGS) list of examples - directly related to Brexit - and maybe somebody will reply.

Is there anyone here on GN still prepared to stand and say that it is not- and give evidence to the effect?
