What exactly is Reforms plan?

To drive the Tory party further and further to the right?

I’ve read their policies, which cover few of the functions of government. The one I’m most taken with is that the entire private healthcare sector will transform into a charity - their healthcare rescue plan is predicated, to a large extent, on the idea that private providers will charge the NHS a flat fee of £3,000 each for 3 million operations…

Errr. It indicates that Reform would have no seats.

May I ask where as it is not working in this country and is unlikely to anytime soon.
