Is this the end of smoking?

This refers to yesterday's vote in Parliament to stop the sale of cigarettes and vapes to anyone born after 2009.
I would love to think so but am
sceptical.
Any views on this?

It’s been law in Scotland for a number of years now no smoking allowed in Resteraunt’s, pubs or workplaces and it’s so nice not to have cigarettes smoke wafting in my direction any more.
