Who should lead the Tories now?

They need to decide what sort of party they are and I think this will lead to more in fighting and blood letting. If they go further right to try to gather Reform voters back in the fold, they will stay in the wilderness the same as Labour did when they followed Corbyn to the left. It will depend on who they choose as leader and if that's left up to members not MPs they'll go further right.

What a good idea. Let’s bring back a disgraced former PM. A man who has lied and cheated in his personal and professional life for personal gain over and over again. A man who has contributed massively to a decline in standards in public life which has spilled out into ordinary life. Yes, that’s just what the country needs!
