Another evil monster in court

my comment was in response to BigMama 13:27:35.

I have never been Holly Willoughby's biggest fan but this poor lady must have been terrified when she was told about this evil man's plot to kidnap, rape and murder her. I hope they lock him up and throw away the key. I hope Holly is getting all the support she needs. She shouldn't feel as risk in her own home. Three cheers to the US policeman who reported him otherwise this could have had a tragic ending.

the death penalty was abolished many years ago in the uk.
i don't think it exists in Europe.

Life, with a minimum of 15 years, in my opinion I would throw the keys away.

There is only one thing from stopping him being executed is that as far as they know he never murdered anyone that is what will keep him alive in prison.

I saw the newspaper article when his ex spoke out about what he had done to her and it was horrific.

In cases like this where there is no doubt whatsoever about what these people have done, then it is about time we brought back the death penalty.

Many years ago there wasn't the equipment to prove people's guilt or innocence, but now they are solving crimes from decades ago by using DNA evidence that was taken at the time.

This would ensure that prisoners on death row would not take up prison cells as they would be executed soon so there would be more cells for new criminals to be put.

Also prisoners on death row should not be on it for years, Find them guilty beyond doubt and execute them.

How Holly must feel hearing what he'd plotted to do to her doesn't bear thinking about.

I read that she could have retained her anonymity because of the charges but decided not to.

He should never be released.
