Microsoft IT outage live: Chaos as internet down and flights grounded around the world

Trains affected, flights, SKY tv, doctor’s surgeries - repeat prescriptions etc. And to think BT want us to have our landlines replaced by digital!

One GP posted this on X this morning:

“ We are currently experiencing issues with our computer systems and are unable to access any patients records. This is a national issue and engineers are currently working to resolve this. If you have an appointment, please still attend as normal.”
