Are there no limits for this despicable man, who dares call himself 'man of the people'

Interesting (paid) connections between Farage and the company NOMAD

Maybe they’re taking advantage of his tax evasion deals.

Wonder what the ordinary voters in Clacton would really think as Farage jet sets round the word with the rich, famous (and far right)...picks up his pay cheque from TV appearances...

What has he done for them?

keepingquiet Thu 28-Nov-24 15:20:28

I saw this too.

Hate giving the MP for Clacton too much attention but he really is such a sneaky lying little snake and I can't think for the life of me why anyone would have voted for him...

Fleurpepper Thu 28-Nov-24 16:24:20

Indeed, unbelievable.

LizzieDrip Thu 28-Nov-24 16:34:35

What a lying hypocrite that man is! Yet, knowing this, people still defend and support him. WHY?

Galaxy Thu 28-Nov-24 16:36:31

Because they vote consistently for reductions in immigration and consistently dont get what they vote for. So when that happens people look to people like Farage.

Oh dear, this all you're concerned about. I am much more concerned about the Islamist mp demanding blasphemy laws for the UK in parliament.
We do not want taking back to the middle ages, do we???

Cossy Thu 28-Nov-24 17:57:11

Indeed we do not want these laws and they are unlikely to be voted in.

However this thread is about Farage!

You are correct though that there are many more important things to worry about than this odious creep snake-oil salesman

MaizieD Thu 28-Nov-24 17:58:33

Will someone tell me what this is about because I can't bear to watch him...

Is that one of the 'independent' MPs voted in because of the Gaza war?

If it is, he doesn't have a cat in hell's chance of achieving what he wants. It'll look good for his constituents, though.

You hugely overestimate the influence of backbench MPs.

That is just what I ask myself about Starmer

About Farage being very selective about economic migrants. He has been paid by Nomad Capitalists, whose aim is to help multi millionaires fleeing taxes, access second passports.

Exactly Cossy, this is about Farage.

GrannyGravy13 Thu 28-Nov-24 18:09:55

I am not on Facebook so cannot open OP link.

Have looked at nomadcapitalist.com just looks like a conference for rich people advising ways to hang onto their money.

There are lots of these conferences around, nothing special or unusual.

I haven’t enough £££’s to warrant any interest in them and if I did not sure I would.

Do people realise that every tax evasion takes money away from Britain, so that those who pay through PAYE and other income tax pay more.
Why should these high earners and companies get away without paying ? Resulting in poor services for the rest of us.
It is disgusting that an MP who was elected to serve Britain should encourage people to evade paying tax.

Fleurpepper Thu 28-Nov-24 18:14:42

Thank you J52, exactly.

It is an International Conference.

There are many tax avoidance schemes that are legal, whether or not they are moral is a different matter. ISAs are a way of avoiding paying tax on any gains on your investments.

Tax evasion is illegal, and should always be prosecuted.

Deflection Freya5. Can you not be concerned about more than one thing at a time? Or are you saying you don’t care what Farage does, however questionable, because it’s him?

As far as I can see, not one single person on here has suggested that this is all they have to worry about. How on earth have you arrived at that conclusion?
We are all perfectly capable of being concerned about more than one thing at a time.

They are helping multi-millionaires fast and quite dodgy access to second or multiple nationalities and passports- to avoid paying tax.
