I’m a bit confused about this. Gransnetters are saying LH wasn’t convicted, but I’ve heard on news outlets that she was convicted. With regard to Gransnetters, it seems to depend on whether or not any particular poster supports Labour as to whether or not they say she wasn’t convicted.
I would just like to know the truth, but I’m not expecting to get it from GN.

She was convicted, but it was discharged because it was seen by the court as a minor offence. I don’t think anybody is saying it was anything other than as reported, are they?
