Meanwhile, the changes that Musk insisted on to the Federal Bill have been voted down, so he is not yet going to have it all his own way.

And Mr Biden's views on the presidency of Germany/ the Italian judiciary/ the rioting nature of the British people are..?
I don't think he's felt qualified to share them, perhaps because he doesn't feel omniscient.
I fear Mr Musk's utterly immovable self belief.

Well considering there was a cover up about Biden’s senility from Day One (who’s been in charge behind the scenes then for the past four years?) I don’t see why we’re worrying.

Mr Musk has views on lots of things - the Italian judiciary, for example.
He seems to feel that everyone needs to hear them and act on them, because being very rich makes him wise. I see no evidence of such a correlation; quite the reverse

I notice today Elon Musk has said that Chancellor Scholtz should resign following the terrorist attack in Germany.
What has it to do with him and why does he feel empowered to make these announcements?
This is what the future holds if he buys his way into Reform; interference from someone who has a great deal of knowledge about how to make an immense amount of money, and how to use it to buy people, and no understanding of the needs of an electorate.
He will get on well with Mandelson.

Elon Musk has no more intention of doing what is 'right for America* than I have. He is only interested in doing right for Elon Musk. Power without responsibility has been the aim of every megalomaniac since time immemorial. He can never be president of the USA because he was not born there, but the speed with which he has cosied up to Trump has been impressive.

However just how long do you think a partnership of 2 narcissists like Trump and Musk will last? One of them intends to be Top Dog - and it can only be Trump as he will be President. Musk will stand beside Trump for as long as it is in his interests and no longer

Musk is already preparing his escape route by buying up the Reform party. Musk gives owt for nowt and will out manouvre Farage, bear in mind whoever pays the piper calls the tune.

I see Musk as being like a comet that appears and rushes through the sky, frighening primitive people with celstial based belief systems. In this case it is US and British citizens with celebrity based belief systems. He will fly through the sky in a brief blaze of glory and then disappear over the horizon never to be seen agaain.

Just how much power do you think Biden has had? Do you honestly think he has been in control all this time? The only reason he has stayed in office is because it suits those who are pulling his strings.
None of these people act alone. They are all figureheads.
So long as Musk does what is right for America, surely that is all that matters? What a pity we don't have a leader who wants to do what is right for our country.

Absolutely.

He's exercising such an all-reaching influence over American politics, already, that it's all too apparent.

A recent pic in The Guardian - not exactly highlighting Trump's best side - was such a physical contrast between the two men. Musk was looking healthy and confident (smug!) and accordingly powerful, but Trump looked all of his 79 years: sunken cheeks, fixed gaze, that strange orange/yellow complexion like advanced jaundice and in a recent publicity photo opportunity with Musk and Farage, Trump looked as if he was being propped up from behind.

Musk gives every outward sign that he's already the power behind the throne: Trump appears to be having a rare day out from his care home.
