The neo-nazi groups in the US are celebrating the nazi salute.

I wasn’t sure what I’d missed when I started reading the thread, but then I saw the picture.
It definitely looks like a Nazi salute to me.

I want to clear up the thought that he Nazi salute is somehow acceptable in the US.

It is not.

Unless you are a member of a neo-nazi group and march the streets with Swastikas. They absolutely believe that this sort of thing is acceptable.

He supports the AfD a Nazi political party.

So the salute is neither surprising nor innocent.

I think he is not neurotypical, but obviously am diagnosing a stranger on the internet which is not acceptable!

I detest him (yes, I know he's very clever), but I think he's an oddball, and unpredictable.

I didn't see it but have just seen pictures which are all over the media. Yes, some have termed it a fascist salute. It was certainly a very strange gesture.

Very disturbing indeed. Maybe he didn't realise what he was doing which makes him an idiot or he knew exactly what he was doing which makes him an evil megalomanic who knows no one can reign him in. Shocking behaviour so early on.
