You may not like it, but the title of this thread is nothing like the goady tone of the other which asked posters to justify themselves.
Illegals is just shorthand for illegal immigrants and is used widely.
You may leave if you like, it’s your choice.
I’m interested in all kinds of views.

It’s not demanding people explain themselves as to why they voted brexit or like Donald Trump.

We are not Trump (or Vance or Musk or Farage) haters, we are compassionate people, some who have strong links to the USA, who are rightly voicing their concerns, just like some on here have continually voiced their concerns and Labour/Starmer bashed. It’s no different.

I meant to say that you are aware over 16,000 migrants have been deported by the LP in 6 months, 50 of these in the first 3 weeks of them being elected?

They call them illegal migrants here but you are not allowed to say that in the uk because they don’t have freedom of speech. .

They themselves are not “illegal”, the means by which they enter is illegal and if you’re in Oz I’m guessing lots of those there are visa overstayers or working on visitors visas and therefore are committing a crime.

I have close family and friends in the USA, I’ve also visited several times and lived there for a year.

I’m a woman, so it concerns me that women’s rights are being eradicated, I have gay children so their rights concern me also.

America is one of the biggest and most powerful nations in the world, what they do affects many other countries.

Thankfully it’s only illegal in some states so women can travel. Not ideal but Irish women had to do it until very recently.

Yes, I'm sure they will be fine. I'm not happy about the abortion issue, but otherwise, I hope he sticks to the promises he has made.
It really shows up our own wishy-washy, incompetent leader, who has no love for England and is happy to continue its decline.
