They are Trump supporters. Trump pardoned people who attacked the police protecting government officials - so no surprise he has worked to free these vile men. Thank goodness Boris Johnson is not in power as he idolised Trump and modelled his attitude to the truth and government on him.

I understood from BBC News that Trump has said he knows nothing about this. He doesn’t need the Tate money. They have no power base. What is in it for him? This is not in support of Trump! Just trying to get to the bottom of it.

They are beyond contempt . Well look who supports them. Trump is just as bad! The fact that these appalling people are allowed to go free and pedal their rubbish on the internet , just shows what women have always known, that whatever waffle these men talk, their reality is their abysmal attitude to women.

The attitudes have been there always, but the internet lets it be more visible. Women have always had to be on their guard with such people. I became head of communications in a large company , just below a director, but all the way through my career had to cope with mens attitude. No doubt there were jobs I did not get , because I would stand no nonsense . (I had copper hair which should have warned them!)

However I was never afraid to speak out, and have quite a clear voice if I want to be heard. Sat in an important meeting with about 12/13 men at a table, the only woman
I interrupted the proceedings by saying "Take your hand off my thigh " Result, red faced man , next to me, all other faces turned towards us. He removed his hand, there was a slight pause and then the meeting resumed. I felt very angry but made no further reference to the matter, just looked him square in the face. He went very red and of course the other good outcome for me was that it showed anyone else with ideas that I would not hesitate to say something!!

I learnt very early on that whatever I wore would get comments, but again I decided that , providing my clothes were appropriate to the situation , in my view, then I would make my own choices and not be influenced by other people.
One great put down I found useful, was if any man commented on what I was wearing, I would smile and say "Ah yes , well at least my clothes are clean" which when men constantly wore the same suit for ages tended to hit the spot.

At the same time I hasten to add that I was married twice, and had many friends who were men, so it is not everyone that has such appalling attitudes. so we do have to recognise the difference - which in the case of these two men is not difficult!!

The Tate brothers seem to have decided that marriage is not for them, and prefer to coerce, rape, and kidnap their females.

I fear my own grandson and his friends have been exposed to these men's vile pronouncements. They are dangerous people who pose a threat to all women.

Agree with Eloethan my 11 year old Grandson said something about Andrew Tate, she had a very frank conversation with him about how disgusting he was. At school alot of other boys admired and liked Tate, my Grandson tried to tell them just what he was like. The other boys turned on him as they liked him.

His Mother had not she.

I would prefer the accuracy and impartiality of ITV News every time over that of the BBC, which for nearly a decade has only broadcast their opinion of the News rather than the facts.

Although, actually, I now watch neither and just get information from my online subscriptions to The Times and The Spectator.

I have two sons, 22 and 39 years old.

I brought up both of to respect women in every sense.

If I ever caught even a whiff of anything inappropriate I called it out.

If I missed it, their sisters, 24,27 & 41 would catch it and call them out.

The Tate brothers and their ilk are disgraceful, disgusting excuses for men and are despised in our household!
