Instagram pages full of hunting and shooting and posing with slaughtered animals, plastic teeth, gloss paint bronzer, all the lipstick, porn star mascara and hair, jeans coupled with Howard's Way era blazers with many brass buttons and a stetson, baseball caps with fitted dresses, taking care to point out she's a mom and wife at every opportunity, constant references to God, killing fish with women who are sporting Jesus Christ t-shirts and it's all served up with plenty of hatred and taking a child to the Oval office.
These people are as alien to us Brits as ET.
