Thank you Allira as that point doesn’t sink in with everyone.
What do you think animals think about sharing the planet with humans
It is very difficult to understand what is really happening and what are lies being perpetrated by Israel or Hamas. Add to this reporting restrictions and it is surprising we know as much as we do.
Thank you Allira as that point doesn’t sink in with everyone.
Free speech is not allowed? Worrying.

I don’t get into emotional spats on forums.
So Gazan young men grabbing the food and making money out of the sheer misery of starving babies and children is the fault of Israel too? No-one is denying that stopping aid getting in is wrong but these young men should be ashamed of themselves. They should be helping to distribute it to their weaker fellow citizens.
Where Action Palestine is concerned, posters need to be very careful on SM what they say, as like it or not they are deemed to be a terrorist group.
GN isn’t a private chat in Costa, it’s a public forum.

Yes I agree about the settler situation in the West Bank, the building and taking of land should be stopped.
So you feel that what is happening in the rest of Gaza is fine? The killing and starvation of those people doesn't bother you.
There are black markets in most countries. If the fault lies with anyone it is with Israel for deliberately using starvation as a weapon of war.
Israel's aim is clear - to 'cleanse' Gaza of all Palestinians in whatever way they can.
Netanyahu is annoyed that other countries are interfering in their plans and tells lies that few believe.
Yes I agree about the settler situation in the West Bank, the building and taking of land should be stopped.
What did you think of this particular report, Oreo? Anything in it you might agree with. I know you have concerns about events in the West Bank, because you have already said this in a post.
Thank you for your post @ 9.12 WWM. As you've said Maremia, it's in line with what many of us have been saying for sometime here on GN, and coming from a source within Israel for me increases its validation.
I agree silverlining. Where there is conflict there are black markets especially when so much of the population is starving and if aid availability and distribution was at the level it should be, because Israel weren't using starvation as a weapon, this wouldn't be as advantageous to those responsible for the black market as it is.
Thank you Maremia and apologies to Whitewave. Not sure how I missed that. It is good to see that Israelis are beginning to see and understand what this dreadful Netanyahu government is doing.
Maremia
There are many sources and groups within Israel, just as there are here in the UK.
Including those that don’t agree with government decisions.
They are free to say it, Israel is a democratic country.
Whitewave, I am astonished at how little, or no, comment that has been made about your post at 9.12.49, from a source within the actual State of Israel.
It says almost everything that some of the GNs on this line believe to be true. Most likely the Posters have missed it, because they were in the process of replying to something upthread. To give everyone another chance to read this valuable input, and if you have the time, would you please re-post.
Elbit Systems Ltd. is an Israel-based international military technology company and defense contractor. Founded in 1966 by Elron, Elbit Systems is the primary provider of the Israeli military's land-based equipment and unmanned aerial vehicles. It is an important company within the defense industry of Israel.
I don't agree with criminal damage but it's known that Palestine Action do not harm people.
They are making the point that the UK is sending weapons to Israel to destroy Gaza.
Thank you AGAA4, so Elbit Systems is an Israeli technology company. Not sure if they should have any influence at all.
Comparing Palestine Action to ISIS is not proportionate.
Letting foreign interests interfere is not in our best interests, but in theirs.

Oreo calling me ridiculous is an attack and goes against guidelines.
My comments are as valid as yours and it seems Elbit were involved in persuading the home office to proscribe Palestine Acton.
What the action group did was criminal damage not terrorism.
Terrorism is defined in legislation under the Terrorism Act 2000. Section 1 of the act states that terrorism means the use or threat of one or more of the following actions: serious violence against a person. serious damage to property. endangering a person's life (other than that of the person committing the action)
Your remarks were ridiculous, and that isn’t against guidelines to say so.
‘It seems’ isn’t the truth btw on your comments about Elbit.
Parliament doesn’t proscribe groups as terrorists lightly or maybe you think a few GN members know more than they do.

A Palestinian State should only be recognised as part of a peace process in which the terrorists, hamas give up hostages and any power they have left.
I believe this is what Starmer and the government think too.
I too believe the same Oreo , recognise a terrorist government ? No,no, no

But it didn’t happen until Israel took over with its ‘humanitarian’ food aid. 1000 have already been killed while queuing in heat and chaotic conditions fir what little is available after walking for miles in the40 degree heat without water,
The hundreds of Lorries queuing outside are full of food, especially baby formula and can do the job cheaper and quicker than dropping food from a plane, so why don’t they do it? I think we can answer that question.
You’re quite wrong, it has been happening there for ages.
Acquiring food aid from any means including looting of aid lorries and storage facilities and then selling it at exorbitant prices.
Israel tried to limit hamas and criminals doing this by setting up GHF but that didn’t work well either.

The danger of the israeli government inflicting genocide on other areas.
“Genocide is the systematic and intentional destruction of a group, and in Gaza we are witnessing this in its most extreme form. Meanwhile, the same government and the same forces are escalating violence in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, and inside Israel. In all of these areas, Palestinians are being abandoned to escalating violence, forcible displacement, collective punishment, and denial of their human rights – solely because they are Palestinian. Israeli politicians and public figures have repeatedly stated that the destruction Israel is carrying out in Gaza should be extended to the West Bank, and we believe this incitement must be taken seriously and stopped before it is fulfilled.
The genocide is happening now in the Gaza Strip, but any trigger could cause it to rapidly spread to other areas under Israel’s control. Currently, there is no mechanism, domestic or international, that will stop it.”
I think that risk is much higher once the Palestinian state is recognised
