The police have announced they have arrested a man and a woman in connection with the case. It isn't clear yet who they are.
So I suppose it is ok to quote this as it is from the horses mouth, so to speak.

I don’t think so, maybe as the police have asked for people not to speculate on social media, with misinformation already posted by Tommy Robinson and Elon Musk amongst others.
