Israel is losing the support it once had, and all because of Netanyahu's genocidal actions.
Perhaps when and if he goes, that's up to the Israelis, international relations might improve.

When it will come to the reckoning about the Genocide in Gaza, my opinion will not be asked, nor will yours. On this forum, we are free to share our views and beliefs. On the world stage decisions have already been made about naming and calling it out. It is now a fact.

I don’t think that is the mood in Israel.

Israel is in more danger now than ever before.

Its own safety will take precedence over an imaginary world stage.

Israel has yet to demolish a huge network of underground tunnels and to remove Hamas in its entirety from Gaza. Not done yet.

I might add, it has won the war or whatever you call this tragedy, but lost its place on the world stage.

I bet it is. I’d be hopping mad if the US asked my country to host Hamas in order to broker a ceasefire/peace deal - and the Israeli government have always known about this - then they were bombed for their trouble.
Arab nations are now wondering how much they can trust the US to protect them against Israel - not vice versa I might add - in return for their cooperation in the region. With China and Russia in the wings looking to make inroads in the ME by offering Arab countries their allegiance I imagine this could become a big worry very soon unless Trump wakes up to the fact that he can’t sacrifice Arab allies and if he does so the whole geopolitical landscape will change irrevocably, with Israel exposed to far more insecurity than it has ever known.

I think Qatar is looking to move its money out of the USA?

Israel has no right to attack any other sovereign country even if intelligence indicates that Hamas could be in that country. God help us if it becomes okay to just bomb someone else’s country on the intelligence that terrorists could be hiding there.
Unless a sovereign country attacks Israel there is no way that Israel can hit back.
If this sets a precedent then any country could be bombed by other countries on the assumption that a terrorist is hiding there.

When Trump became president, his big announcement was that the world needs to stop relying on America and can sort itself out. America first. What was said in private, we shall never know. Hardly a huge endorsement by Trump?

Would he dare attack a NATO country? It does seem that he is literally getting away with murder so maybe he would.
