We saw exactly the same technique used in the Brexit referendum.

If even the bottom percentile of the population were living in some comfort instead of struggling to house, feed and clothe themselves and their children they wouldn’t be so vulnerable to this manipulation.

Trump may be going disgustingly OTT but he is still a sufficiently skilled enough political operator to know that this works every time.

Multiple judges have ruled that the DOJ had to release the discovery evidence for the Epstein files. Those can not be classified apparently. Though I have no hope that they won't break the rules.

File release is on Friday apparently. And Republicans have allegedly circulated a memo in Congress that lays out a method to direct attention to Democrats.

Susie Wiles has apparently admitted in the Vanity Fair article that Trump IS in the files, but him and Epstein were "sort of young playboys together".

This article is the gift that keeps on giving. I may have to subscribe to Vanity Fair to read the whole thing.

Vance is on the "trust us, the economy is good" tour and Trump is supposed to address us this evening about how great the economy is.

Meanwhile, our social media feeds all over the country are begging others for help with food, clothing and a Christmas gift or two for their young children who don't understand why Santa won't visit because an orange megalomaniac thinks we don't need anything while he lines his pockets..

Happy Epstein Files Release day?

I'll be back throughout the day if they are released.

The clip of a younger Trump and Epstein shoulder to shoulder at an event of some sort has been shown many times recently. Trump is looking at something in front of him, which we are unable to see, and saying something in Epstein's ear. My youngest son, who is partially deaf, is a whizz at lip reading and would have known what Trump was saying. Unfortunately, Epstein doubles over in laughter and blocks Trump's face. A pound to a penny he was looking at a woman and making remarks about her. Dreadful pair.

Just saw a headline that DOJ won't be ready to release the files today. They are allegedly still redacting. A judge has reportedly told Bondi that she could be charged criminally if she doesn't release them today.

Going to be an interesting day today the least.

DOJ had released some documents. I haven't looked at them yet because there is a queue to get access!
