I’m not chillled or scared of Tommy Laxley whatever attempting a Christian Crusade.

The Church of England has already responded well to this nonsense. Regular Church attendance continues to decline, as do the numbers of white British people who identify as Christian. I’ve long felt our society loses many positives as a result. There’s ample evidence that being part of a faith community supports mental health. There are many reasons this may be so.

Does everything have to be spelled out for you? Trying to get people back into church is a response to the spread of Islam in Britain. So many British people have lost their sense of identity. Being Christian is part of that identity.
The Winter festival has been celebrated for thousands of years, it is not a recent event. However, it is a good time for people to be reminded of why we call it Christmas.
Those who have studied the life of Jesus will know that he was a communist. His organisation lived in communities similar to a kibbutz.

Personally, I've always thought that Jesus might be more to the Left myself.

Jesus was actually quite a socialist in his teachings. Always wondered how the right wing avoided that one.

And for his time, very positive towards women.
